One of our Exciting Features is our online access, which allows you to view your scheduling needs as well as the credentials and state required documents for each professional entering into your facility. We have made scheduling convenient by giving you access at your fingertips, you can view all open and filled orders so you will be able to see who and when an N.O.C. professional is scheduled, to insure you have the qualified staff to keep your facility running smoothly. Also available online, for those State Evaluations, we supply your facility with access of all state required documents for each scheduled professional. This may be viewed or printed off at any time. This feature is as easy as going to the “Facility Log In” and entering your facilities assigned User name and Password.

We empathize with your need to deal with the rising costs of health care. At N.O.C. we strive to keep our costs down, enabling us to provide the lowest rates compared with other staffing agencies in the area.

We are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. For those after hour needs you will be able to speak with a live professional and not bother with a paging system. Our healthcare professionals are extremely dedicated and eager to fulfill your staffing needs. They’re available and willing to work 1/2 shifts or double shifts if the need arises. Nursing On Call also understands that staffing needs cannot always be recognized in advance, so if a short notice staffing need arises, we will do our best to fill those needs as quickly as possible.

Per Diem staffing is a way to fill in for planned staff vacations, adjust for unexpected staff absences, sick call, rising census or any other staffing request you may need. Per Diem and contract staff remain Nursing On Call Inc.'s contractors under our customer’s direct supervision at the customer site.
Our clients/facilities pay hourly rates; there are no added or hidden personnel fees. No employee taxes and insurances, including FICA, SUTA, FUTA, social security, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance. Travel costs are discussed and arrangements are made up front. Longer term programs can be specifically designed to accommodate your needs.

Standard Criteria:

Successful completion of interview Processes, state licensure verifications, reference checks, criminal background checks, and Nursing On Call orientation.

No prior record of patient/resident
abuse or HIPAA violations

Fee Structure:
· All hourly fees are dependent upon
the times and length of shifts, as well
as the area.
