Per Diem and contract staff remain Nursing On Call Inc.'s contractors under our customer’s direct supervision at the customer site.
Our clients/facilities pay hourly rates; there are no added or hidden personnel fees. No employee taxes and insurances, including FICA, SUTA, FUTA, social security, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance. Travel costs are discussed and arrangements are made up front. Longer term programs can be specifically designed to accommodate your needs.

Standard Criteria:
Successful completion of interview Processes, state licensure verifications, reference checks, criminal background checks, and Nursing On Call orientation.
No prior record of patient/resident
abuse or HIPAA violations
Fee Structure:

the times and length of shifts, as well
